1. Do you serve breakfast?
Yes we serve breakfast which is part of the compulsory meal plan for guests at an additional cost of P2,000. This compulsory meal plan serves lunch upon arrival, dinner, and breakfast the next day.
2. Do you have a restaurant in the property?
Yes, the dining area is the Pavilion next to the pools. This is where the compulsory meal plan of breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. We also have a bar that serves refreshments, cocktails, mocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
3. Do you have wifi?
Wifi is available at the lobby and closely surrounding common areas.
4. Do you provide amenities like lotion, shampoo, and toothbrush?
As we strive to be a green facility, we have individual dental kits available in the bathroom. Other amenities as bath gel and conditioning shampoo are available in dispensers inside the shower area.
5. What are the facilities of the property?
We have 2 infinity pools, a restaurant and bar, beach and seabed for aqua sports: kayak, paddle boards, speed boat and bangka. Cabanas are situated at the beachfront which could be ideal for massage treatments or simple R&R.
6. If I arrive later than 10pm, how will I be accommodated? Will I be given a discount for late check-in?
A night duty personnel will assist guests that arrive after 10pm. Unfortunately, no discounts are extended for late arrivals.
7. Do you allow pets?
We allow pets at a maximum weight of 34 kilos or 75 lbs for an additional P2,000 per pet per night, to be settled upon check-in. Pets must be kept on a leash especially in public areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets. A Pet Policy will have to be signed by pet owners upon check-in.
8. Do you allow smoking inside the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. We have designated certain areas for smoking. A violation fee of P5,000 will be charged should guests fail to comply with the no-smoking policy. Such fee is imposed because the room will require deep cleaning to remove cigarette odor and nicotine stains on the floor, ceiling, wall, curtains, mattress and sheets. The room will be out of service and not saleable.
9. May we check-in earlier than 2 pm?
Early check-in is subject to availability.
10. Would you allow late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability and may only be arranged on the day of your departure latest at 10am.
11. Can we bring food to cook?
No as our casitas do not have a kitchen facility. For meal requirements, the property offers a compulsory meal plan at P2,000 per person per day. This meal plan includes lunch on arrival, dinner and breakfast.
12. Do you provide airport transfers?
Airport transfers and other transport services may be arranged by our staff using accredited transport service for a corresponding charge. Prior arrangements of at least three (3) days with complete details (pick up time, location, number of pax) will be required.
13. Can you arrange tours for guests?
There are no tours available in the area, however as we have a speed boat and a bangka, you may arrange use of these
facilities with our Front Desk. Corresponding charges will apply. Cancelation policy will likewise apply.
14. Do you have parking?
Yes, but limited.
15. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. All major credit cards.
16. Do you charge for Environmental Taxes or Fees?
There is already a mandatory standard rate upon entering Laiya before you even get to Cala Laiya. At the resort there will be no further Environmental Charges.
